It’s easy to feel like interviews are all about you being evaluated, but remember, you’re interviewing them too.
The right opportunity should be a fit for your skills and your values. So go in prepared to learn just as much as you share.
Before the interview, do your research and come ready with thoughtful questions, like:
🔹 What’s the company culture really like beyond the mission statement?
🔹 What challenges is the team currently navigating?
🔹 How will success in this role be measured in the first six months?
These kinds of questions not only help you assess if the organization is the right fit for you, they also demonstrate confidence, curiosity, and strategic thinking.
🎤 If you’ve got an interview coming up and want to feel prepared, let’s schedule a strategy session. I’m here to help you show up as your most grounded, thoughtful self.
