Hello! I’m excited to share the lessons I’ve learned from navigating major career transitions, building a business, and moving into consulting.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in the nonprofit sector, the arts, and business management, but recently, I made the leap into something entirely new: consulting. The journey wasn’t easy, but it’s taught me more about resilience, adaptability, and the value of stepping outside your comfort zone than I ever could have imagined.

Why am I sharing this with you? I want to help others who may be facing similar challenges—whether that’s transitioning to a new role, considering self-employment, or figuring out how to navigate a shift in their career. My upcoming posts will be focused on real-life lessons from my experience in:

  • Career transitions & resilience

  • Building a business & navigating consulting

  • Insights into nonprofit work and how to market yourself authentically without feeling “salesy”

In this series, I’ll share personal stories, tips, and the real challenges that come with each of these topics. If you’re currently in a similar situation, I’d love for you to follow along, engage, and share your own experiences too.

Feel free to comment below or reach out if you’re navigating a career shift or need support in your business journey—I’m always happy to connect and chat about how I can help!
