Prepare for a Lot of Rejection - It’s Not You

Job searching requires a thick skin. You invest your time, energy, and hope, especially when you've made it to final rounds only to get that dreaded email: “We’ve decided to move forward with another candidate.”
Rejection stings. But here’s your reminder: Not getting the job doesn’t mean you weren’t qualified or capable. It means it wasn’t the right fit right now—and that’s not a reflection of your worth.
Instead of internalizing the “no,” try this reframing:
✔️ What did I learn from this process?
✔️ How can I sharpen my approach for next time?
✔️ What feedback (if any) can help me grow?
Sometimes the job you didn’t get is the one that would have drained your energy. Sometimes the delay makes space for a better fit to show up.
🎯 Every “no” brings you closer to a more aligned “yes.”
